I could create a similar list but with almost no overlap. And that still wouldn’t cover it, others could contribute completely valid things neither of us covered. And fundamentally that still wouldn’t explain what they were ‘trying’ to do, it’s just listing problems preventing them from doing so or things they did wrong.

I guess what I’m saying is it’s definitely not a situation where everyone knows what went wrong and there is a clear thing they need to address to right the ship
