we hired her. That was solely DEI. Secondly, if there was an amazing female AD out there with a track record of great hires, that's fine. There aren't any, so why hire a mediocre one you're an SEC school and football, basketball to an extent, fuel the overall existence of your university? Go back to above for the answer.
