year...so do the talking heads. I hear it a lot, best conference from top to bottom...never a night off, blah, blah, blah. Basically, they've figured out a way to manipulate their non-con schedules to get teams ranked going in to their conference season so conference losses don't hurt them much. Then a team like kU who has a 7 or 8 seed resume gets a 4 seed in the tournament. kU doesn't win a game if they would have been properly seeded this year...the big 12 would do even worse in the NCAA tournament if they were properly seeded instead of overseeded every year.
