the game away in the final 2 minutes then hitting a wild 3 at the buzzer. It was a 13 point game with 2 minutes left. I do agree with what you're saying. Between analytics and the way the game is called, they have basically eliminated the need for shots between 3's and at the rim.

The only solution at this point is to bring the 3 point line back to a place where the overall success rate of the shot is low enough to where over chucking them will usually work against you and better teams work the whole court.
