The company I worked for in Bellefonte, PA (right outside of State College - I lived in State College and commuted to work) had been in existence since 1916 - and had 8 great seats to the football games - 4 on the 50 on one side of the stadium - and 4 on the 45-yard line on the other side of the stadium.
And I lived close enough to the campus that I could walk home after the games. It was kind of a fun experience for the 5 years I lived in State College.
