It's not surprising because they were unqualified DEI hires.

One was a Horizon League coach who never had a team ranked in the top 150.

And the other had a losing *career record* of 76-95, and was coming off a 10-14 season at Memphis.

And now both have the worst records in the SEC in their respective sports.
