First of all, DRF heads the National Coalition of Minority Coaches ( https://ncmfc.com/our-team/ ), an advocacy group for DEI coaching hires and racial discrimination.
Her basketball hire (Gates) was a low-major Horizon League coach who never had a team ranked in the top 150.
Her baseball hire (Jackson) had a losing career record of 76-95, and was coming off a losing 10-14 season at Memphis.
In both cases, there was nothing in their resume or track record that indicated they were ready or qualified to be the head coach of an SEC program.
And now, not surprisingly, they each have the worst record in the SEC in their respective sports.
