Since Grill has been out they have played on average
East 34 minutes
Bates 31 minutes
Carter 26 minutes
Honor 32 minutes
Really that’s too many minutes for all 4 of them. Or too many to play the style Gates wants to play. They account for 55 of the 72 points Mizzou has scored in this games.
The problem is after those 4 Mizzou isn’t getting anything, so he keeps trying different players. Other than Lewis almost everyone else that he’s gone to after that group has had a game where they have played ok and got 20 or more minutes and games where they were terrible and almost complicit if the rotation.
