Tough hard nosed rebounder, 3 point shooter, and a gamer.
Miss him more than we know.
By the way, that win at Minnesota for Mizzou is looking better all the time. They just beat Michigan State at home and have a shot at the NCAA tournament.
I don't get the over reactions to one bad season. I remember when Norm only went 6-11 in Big 8 play - 12 - 14 overall - and that was when he had a senior named Al Eberhard who was drafted in the 1st round by the Pistons. Anyone who follows the sport knows these things happen.
People who are piling on Gates and making all kinds of wild statements based on one season really need to take a deep breath.
