inflation, the way they calculate it, is based on the year prior..so it still includes last year's big inflation.
I also don't like the calculations because it uses the same stuff every year at "regular prices" and does not take into account sales nor trading qualities.
Sort of like, whenever I go to Kohl's I save at least 20-30%.
