The judge ruled the University should have used the more comprehensive student disciplinary process rather than the athletic department process.

They can still suspend Shannon by following that process.

I disagree with the Judge’s rationale. Athletes don’t have a right to play.

Underwood could let him sit on the bench for the rest of the season.

He won’t, but he could.
