over-stated. Coming out of a once-in-a-century pandemic and in a matter of months blaming the new guy was absure. Over time the potus has impact. See Infrastructure spending, see Reagan's PUBLIC SPENDING and its impact/creation of the Massachusett's Miracle. I know I was there for that - I moved there for that. So in major spending potus can have an impact, but without major programs less so in any immediate fashion
