a comparison, it was to suggest ways where he could get more credibility and come across as a moron, honest candidate candidate.

I believe people come across as more, honest hand, perhaps more self-aware, when they say things like, "I could have done better at…" Instead of saying, "it was the greatest, the most wonderful, the biggest the best, the most fantastic thing anyone has ever seen ever".

I wouldn't want him to be wimpy or totally self effacing, his confidence and boldness are, what make him who he is.
