Heavy handed vebage? IDK. We have long been warned that end of the US as a representative democratic republic would be come about internally. I joked for a time that this (my) generation saw and survived assasination of JFK, Elis and the Beatles, put a man on the moon, Woodstock, Nixon, Disco, 911, and a pandemic.
