But that puts a top 15-20 recruiter at a disadvantage, since he could otherwise land top 15-20 classes without "NIL" as an obstacle.

Drink has done an incredible job navigating the NIL landscape behind the scenes, as you mentioned, but it's still a net disadvantage.

The opposite would be true for a poor recruiter like Odom.
