recruiting would be better without "NIL" to contend with... probably consistent top 20 classes.

Now, a poor recruiter like Odom would have benefitted immensely from it, as it would have compensated for his lack of recruiting skills. Odom would have gone from averaging #45-50 ranked classes to probably #30-35.

For an elite recruiter like Drink, however, "NIL" becomes more of an obstacle. He probably would have landed Wingo today if not for UT's bigger war chest.
