supported by that six million population, while there are four in Florida (6 million per school) eight in Texas (4 million per), and two in Georgia (6 million per).

Mizzou could consistently field very competitive teams if it could attract the in-state talent, and lace in out-of-state talent where needed, as well as Devine did.
