lot too.
Memphis completed it 31/47 times compared to Mizzou throwing 18/25
Although they threw the ball 22 more times, Mizzou threw for 341 yards, compared to Memphis 316
They had 3 passing TDs to MU's 2, Memphis also had two INT's
Mizzou had 542 total offensive yards and had the ball 5 minutes less than Memphis.
Despite being 0-8 on 3rd down, Mizzou was pretty efficient on offense and explosive with some banged up players.
Vanderbilt has thrown the ball:
vs Hawaii: 30
vs Alabama A&M: 31
vs Wake Forest: 39
vs UNLV: 37
vs Kentucky: 47
Take out the outlier of Bama A&M, they have only ran the ball over 100 yards once, (vs Wake Forest 109).
They've thrown the ball 184 times for 1,384 yards and 13 TD's. (7 INT)
Mizzou has thrown the ball 106 times for 1,127 yards and 8 TD's. (1 INT)
Rush Comparison:
MU: 608 yards, 7 TD's
Vandy: 543 yards, 6 TD's
They throw the ball A LOT! Mizzou has a very banged up secondary. AJ Swann is 2nd in passing yards in the SEC.
Vandy's London Humphreys is leading the SEC in yards per reception
Vandy's Will Sheppard leads the SEC in receiving TD's.
With that all said:
Cody Shrader leads the SEC in rushing yards
Luther Burden III is 3rd in the SEC in receiving yards
Brady Cook is 6th in passing yards in the SEC, #1 in Yards per passing attempt and is the only SEC starting QB not to have an INT, and has the 2nd highest QBR
Brady Cook is tied for 3rd in the SEC in rushing TD's, followed by Shrader and Peat in 4th.
