2 guys are really good at coverage. The rest are good run stoppers but below average in coverage. Teams are exposing this by slipping backs out of the backfield and using slot guys in those situations. Just ignore whoever CAD and Rakestraw are covering and go after Carnell and others in man coverage.

We need to ditch the blitz and man coverage on 3rd and long and sit back in zone, allow the shorter completion, and wrap up from there. That's what Pinkel teams largely did. Was especially effective in later years when we had disruptive DL that could blow up plays without blitzing.
