the ball. Ignoring the SD (FCS) game. On offense we have gone 10/34 on 3rd down 29.4% including going 0-8 against Memphis. The defense which in my opinion is more alarming has allowed teams to go 29/60 converting over 48% of their attempts on 3rd or 4th down. Even worse though is that 12 of those 29 conversions have been 3rd or 4th and long (8 or more). The Defense has given up 8 TD's on the year and 7 of those have been scored on 3rd or 4th down. Only the last TD to Memphis wasn't scored on 3rd or 4th down. We need to improve in this area if we want to beat LSU in a couple of weeks.
