thread there are parts of KC I wouldn't want to go to.

The difference between KC and stl is those parts do not overlap with touristy or social destination parts of KC.

In stl the bad parts do overlap with where people would want to go.

In KC you can go downtown, to the arena, to the plaza, to the P&L, to the cross roads or any of the other entertainment districts and not have to worry about a thing because the bad parts of KC do not intersect the entertainment districts.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
