And then parlayed it into success. He said mind your damn business.
Other than Chase this board clamored for Gary's backup QB all the damn time.
There was "Put in Riccio" with Brad Smith. Daniel pretty well kept the lid on things, although during his sophomore season there was a little Chase Patton talk.
Then came Gabbert and the love affair that was James Franklin during Gabbert's ups and downs.
Next when Franklin was in, came the cries for Maty Mauk! He'd save us.
Then came Drew Lock calls.
It's been consistent, internet whiners love backup QBs. Gary only spoiled us with QB play in hindsight.
