You mean he wasn't the highest rated. Dorial Green was the highest rated recruit. Justin's sr year in high school he was 235 By the time of his freshman season he was 265. If he would have weighed 250 260 his sr year in high school he would have been rated higher. If Chase Daniel were 6'0" he would have been a 4 star.
