Change of heart on that subject?
If nothing changes, it looks like Mizzou will land two 5 stars in the same class - for the first time ever! And EVERYONE acknowledges NIL is playing a huge role.
And most all of our defense is back.
According to the Columbia Tribune Defensive coordinator Blake Baker has returning experience in abundance in his second year in Columbia, which he said was in large part due to timely name, image and likeness deals.
“(NIL) definitely worked out in our favor,” Baker said. “I’ll put it that way.”
I'm not saying you have to like NIL. Not saying you have to like anything that is happening right now with the transfer portal, NIL, conference realignment.
But just curious - the folks who said that NIL was going to be a death knell for Mizzou - and that Mizzou could never compete with the big boys with NIL - having a change of heart?
