the new b12's last football title. Of course since then, CU has had a few pretty decent seasons and been Vandy-level the others. There is no "cycling" for the new b12. "Cycling" would be 'Bama being fairly average before Saban. A true blue-blood having some down seasons, only to rise again. There isn't a program in the new b12 close to that.
