Tennessee ran it up at the end. Really ran it up - up by 30 - throwing into the end zone and getting 2 touchdowns at the very end of the game.
The very next week, the Vols got crushed by South Carolina.
I was listening to that game on the radio (and throughly enjoying it) on my way back to St Louis from the New Mexico State game.
Toward the end of the game, Spencer Rattler completed a long pass down the sideline. I think S Carolina scored a play later.
And the Tennessee analyst on the radio (talk about zero self awareness) said “I really don’t appreciate those last few S Carolina play calls”. 🤡🤡🤡
