just 1 year of eligibility left to play in college (Schumacher, Frizell, Moll). Not sure if a different coach is going to help several of them as you suggest. I do think playing time, and lesser competition, would likely be bigger factors. I liked Snider too, she had some key hits later in the season. But she still hit just .228 on the year. Would have been interesting to see if she could have improved on that significantly her junior year. Although after starting in 34 games, and playing in 44, I’m not sure she would have gotten as much playing time had she stayed, we have an excellent freshman class coming in, plus a very talented transfer in Dodge. She’s moving to a solid program at South Florida, will be interesting to see how much playing time she gets there.
