COMO sure looks better or as good as most college towns I’ve seen. I’m sure they can do some things better. But It’s about the only town of size in MO that I would consider good in Missouri. Maybe Cape Girardeau but not sure about that. Granted I’m not a fan of bland suburbia which are often fine but bland and lacking much history and character. MO river towns are usually more interesting in a lot of ways. St. Charles, Washington, New Haven, Hermann, Boonville, Arrow Rock, Rocheport, Waverly, Lexington, Parkville, Weston appeal to me. Ste. Gen, Perryville, Louisiana, Hannibal and Canton have some charms too. Like Van Buren, Eminence ….. guess I like old river towns and rivers in general!
