with unsubstantiated charges. I read the WikiPedia account of the Ritter conviction. Looks like he was the victim of a sting and he refused to plea bargain. They charged him with enticing a minor, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, although he had no contact with a minor. Ritter was found not guilty of the pedo charges, but they convicted him of process crimes and he was sentenced to prison.
