Two ways of looking at it, Genco. It's a good way to reach a conference title game, especially if your division is relatively weak as the SEC east was before Georgia became a powerhouse. But it doesn't help if winning a weak division doesn't prepare you to play a better team in the other division. They don't give you banners or trophies for winning a division, as far as I know. I don't think that will be etched into the walls at Faurot any time soon.
