Your tone when it comes to posts about Gates is pretty consistently negative - and your tone in regards to Drink are pretty consistently positive - to the point of saying another non-winning season in year 4 works - and keeps him around.

One guy had a dynamite first year - the other guy has yet to have a winning record going into year 4 - and you're OK with him having a 4th consecutive non-winning season.

It's day and night between the records of these 2 coaches - but you're negative on the guy that's getting it done - and in excuse mode for the guy who isn't getting it done.
