he's not a guy who's skying above the rest of the players on the court every play. Guys who play above the rim and throwing down dunks in people's faces all the time. That's not Carter.

Shawn Kemp played above the rim. Noah Carter plays his game, which happens to include the ability to throw one down with authority when if he gets an inch of space.
