and metal detectors at the door would probably curb a lot of these things. If you're thinking about doing this and know your only way in is through a form of airport security, it would probably change your mind.

Now, this would take a lot of infrastructure and investment. But a lot of these shootings aren't coming from students who are currently enrolled at school. They are coming from outsiders.
