I do like her offensive set. The thing is everyone has a coach they want or do not want. Many will say someone with Power 5 HC experience, but those have usually been fired. Some will say a person as an assistant with a top flight program who is a good recruiter, but that does not alway work out - see Shea Ralph. others want an up and comer from a small, but successful program. The only way that works is to bring in assistants with connections.
