Roster needs:

Even if Kobe and Mosley come back we need another scoring guard and a big that can rebound and defend. If we go into the season with Diarra and Lewis as starters then it might be a long year.

Excited to see Pierce and Butler up front but doubt either will be ready to play more than 10-15 mpg. I would also like to see Shaw more at the 3 than the 4. It would give us more size and Shaw can guard other 3's with another year of experience.

I think at the end of the day Kaleb and Degray would be better off to look elsewhere because they will be passed up by better players on the roster and really don't have a lot of value imo. Not to be a jerk they just don't have the talent to improve the team.

I can't say enough about the job that gates and the coaching staff did this year. They pieced together a roster that won 12 games last year, won 25 games, finished 4th place in the sec. and won a NCAA tourney game. All with a roster they threw together in a month. A team that was undersized and under- talented. It might take a couple of years but I think once he gets his type of players in for a couple of recruiting classes this program will take off.
