why people don't like Biden and don't want him to run again. But to compare his intelligence or competence to Trump as being roughly the same thing is dishonest.

Trump is only famous because of how comically stupid and insecure he is. He was a joke that was never in on the joke, and then accumulated followers who also didn't realize it was a joke.
