It should be demonstrated that a person has the mental capacity to make such decisions. If they do not , you have effectively forced (or infringed) upon that person
That would be child abuse and the kid should be taken away from the parent.
You define it by an arbitrary age. I define it by abilities. We both agree that she is dumb, yet you want to continue playing the age game.
You are so intent of finding a disagreement that you lose all ability for discussion
You did the same thing on my jail post. You bit only brought it to murder , it then brought it to a serial murderer
