Once your remove any element of a moral component to the law (and moral as defined by the society), outside of property crimes you simply leave it up to adults to make that decision. In the most crass and crude case, if a parent believes their 8 year old children are fine to engage in sex parties with adults or shoot up with heroin, there is really no argument against it. If the 8 year old agrees, and the parent agrees, what would be the argument to stop it that you do not already deem anti-freedom?
