How do you pay user fees if you call 911 at three in the morning when your house is being broken into?

How do you pay user fees if your house is burning down?

How do you pay user fees to get your road repaired or the bridge built?

You have bumper sticker solutions to bumper sticker problems and regrettably, a bumper sticker mentality.

And there are some things for which user fees makes sense. But if you're stupid enough to think that you can eliminate all taxes, since it's theft of course, and replace them with user fees, you belong in the primate category with the other chips
