That's what idiots and primates often do when they have no answer and are asked something multiple times, they say, "I've answered that 1 billion times".
They have responded, but never answered.
This is where you will give some vague, nondescript impractical and inchoate, "solution" to what you think the tax problem is. It will be naïve, and Inoperable.
I have gotten get responses that say "read this" and I get something from Misis or Marx who has penned a lengthy dissertation on a bunch of crap that couldn't work then and can't possibly work now.
You have no solutions only problems, culprits, and bumper stickers.
