The U.S. is no longer are capable of fielding and maintaining a fully equipped ground force of the type necessary to face a peer or near-peer military power. The Army and Marine Corps, combined can field only 14 active Divisions. The Ukraine civil war is an industrial sized war of attrition. Its not Libya, Iraq, Kosovo or Afghanistan.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
