Meniscus the first of December, was supposed to come back after 1/26...pushed to 2/8. He's in his late 30's i'd guess. How f'ing long does it take to come back from a torn meniscus? I didn't think it was a huge deal or anything like a torn ACL. I'm thinking this guy milks it for as long as he can then just basically quits on his first day back. He was only with my company for 4 months or so before the surgery, think he found a company to get short term disability with and will quit after it runs out.
