Yes UNLV is far superior athletically, but it is a third rate university. Not much different than sms.

But for comparison sake, UNLV is a small fish in a very big pond. Sms is one of the bigger fcs schools.

For a young, up-and-coming coach, I would say the move is a no-brainer. For him, at this point in his life, I’m not sure it’s the smartest move.
