I would say they've been thrifty. It was a risky manuever for their A.D. to fire Arroyo & hire Odom, but I think it was the "right" one. UNLV fans and community are really liking Odom.

The university that has big money is actually...Colorado St. They've spent a boatload hereabout & are below average in the Mountain West.
