a very good salesperson and said it was much less stress and easier to pay the bills.
I didn't get any sick days in my career until 2020. You had to use your vacation, work sick, or miss pay. Still have never used a day. If you were sick for a long time you went to disability. Never had an issue.
and with the money they make they should put a little back just in case.
That is basically double the average salary and they can live just about anywhere so they aren't suffering
