Bereavement days and bad hair days into one category of personal days. I find it hard to believe that railroad workers are allowed NO SICK DAYS AT ALL.

I haven't been following this very closely, so I may be totally mistaken here. But it is very very difficult to believe that today union workers have absolutely no paid sick days in their contract. I'm not buying that.
