came out a lot juicier than it has in the past. I think I'm going to do that every year, now. I used salt and parsley on the skin, stuffed it with onions, apples, and celery, 4 hours at 300 and it was perfect. The salt helped the skin brown up and it was the easiest cleanup ever. Glad you had a good Thanksgiving.
