So I didn't realize what had changed with Amazon music

I've spent the last few days trying like hell to undo whatever I thought I did to be stuck on 'shuffle' and unable to play the songs I've always been able to play with my prime membership. And then I just spent an annoying 45 minutes with 'Charumbai' from customer service who kept telling me to upgrade while taking 2 or 3 minutes to respond to each message. Finally he just told me it's a setting they changed and I'm stuck with only a 'shuffle' option. What good is that? So I look on line and apparently I was the only person in the world who didn't know they'd made this change and everybody is ****ed off about it.
