and his staff developed that quarterback and allowed him to play in football games. Odom hired good OC/QB coaches and allowed them to coach and didn't get in their way. Lock was very inaccurate when he began at MU, worse than Cook is now.

Drinkwitz and his guys can't develop a roll of film and wouldn't have played Lock as a freshman.
