just being a game manager. Manage the clock, manage the ball, can't do anything explosive but also isn't turning the ball over.
We make a bowl game just based off our defense if he could do that. We could be a 6-6, even 7-5 team purely because of the defense, and a conservative, ball-control offense.
But take a QB who is a game manager (at best) and that QB starts turning the ball over at a large volume? You can't play him. There's literally zero upside. It's all negatives.
